Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 16, 2016, Sigma Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015, and an update on recent developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
