On November 10, 2015, Sigma Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 and an update on recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
