Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 17, 2025, NextTrip, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a strategic partnership with KC Global Media (“KCGM”), an international media company, to launch its Journy.tv channel in Southeast Asia. Andy Kaplan, a newly appointed member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is a co-founder and serves as chairman of KCGM. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) and incorporated herein by reference.
