CONSENT OF EXPERT

I, Sivanesan (Desmond) Subramani, Pr. Sci. Nat., a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, consent to being named in the final short form prospectus of NextSource Materials Inc., dated __July 27 _____, 2023 (the “ Prospectus ”) and to the use of technical report entitled “ Molo Phase 2 Preliminary Economic Assessment, National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the Molo Graphite Project located near the village of Fotadrevo, in the Province of Toliara, Madagascar ” with an effective date of April 27, 2022 (the “ Technical Report ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus, including the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Report or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
