CONSENT OF EXPERT

I, Craig Scherba, P.Geo., the President and Chief Executive Officer of NextSource Materials Inc., a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, consent to being named in the final short form prospectus of NextSource Materials Inc., dated July 27_____, 2023 (the “ Prospectus ”) and have reviewed and approved the technical and scientific information contained in the Prospectus and incorporated by reference therein as detailed under the “Interest of Experts” section of the Prospectus (the “ Technical Disclosure ”) and consent to the use of the Technical Disclosure in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.
