F1: Represents a grant of restricted stock units (the "RSUs"). Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each of the applicable vesting dates, 1/4 of the RSUs shall vest on the one-year anniversary of March 15, 2024, and 1/16 of the RSUs shall vest at the end of each consecutive three-month period thereafter.
