Re: NEXTFERM TECHNOLOGIES LTD

According to the company's report, dated October 7, 2024, a capital consolidation in a ratio of 15:1 will be made in the Company's shares (IL0011719338) on October 13, 2024 to shareholders of record as of October 11, 2024.

In accordance with the third part of TASE's rules and regulations, there will be no trading in the company's shares on the record date of a capital consolidation.

Since the record date, October 11, 2024, is a sabbatical day, there will be no trading in the company's shares on the trading day preceding the record date, October 10, 2024 i.e.
