Board Change

Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, announces that Gaye Hudson, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board of her intention to stand down from the Board to focus on other challenges. As such, she will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM in May 2020. A search is underway for another non-executive director to join the Board in due course.
