Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

Quixant can also confirm that the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015 was posted to shareholders on 1 April 2016.

In November 2015 Quixant acquired Densitron Technologies plc.  Densitron has a strong heritage in the sale of electronic display solutions to global industrial markets.  Through Densitron's experienced global sales team, Quixant has a robust platform to deliver its computer products to industrial markets outside gaming.
