Quixant (AIM:QXT) a leading provider of specialised computing platforms for casino gaming machine applications, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also available from the Company's website at www.quixant.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on 25 April 2014 at the offices of finnCap Limited, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.
