Board Appointment

Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gaye Hudson to the Board as a non-executive director.

Gaye Anne Yvonne Hudson, aged 60, is a corporate communications expert with over 25 years' experience and a track record of driving and promoting award winning communications programmes to support the business objectives of global corporations. For the last 19 years Gaye worked at Oracle Corporation as Vice President, Corporate Communications Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Michael Peagram, Chairman of Quixant, commented: "As we continue our track record of strong growth the Group needs to look at developing and strengthening the Board. I am delighted we have attracted someone of the calibre of Gaye and I am sure her experience within large international corporate organisations will be invaluable as the Group continues to develop and mature."
