Result of AGM

Quixant (AIM:QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, including a resolution to change the Group's name to Nexteq plc which we expect to effect in due course.
