Sharon Parr has informed the Board of her intention to resign from her position as a director of the Company with effect from 31st December 2019.
Sharon's fellow directors would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her contribution during her time as a director of NESF and wish her well for the future.
It is the intention to appoint a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy arising as a result of Sharon's departure as soon as practicable in the New Year.
