Appointment of Certain Directors or Officers

On August 30, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of NextDecade Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Eric Garcia, as the Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Garcia, age 39, had more than 15 years of experience in the public accounting industry. He began his career at KPMG LLP in January 2002, and was most recently, an audit managing director at KPMG LLP’s Houston, Texas office. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and New Mexico and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
