Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Micromedic Technologies Ltd

1. Further to the company's immediate reports, regarding the completion of a big allotment as part of the merger of Nextage's activities into the company, and In light of the company's compliance with the conditions set forth for listing for trading, required of a new company of its kind first listed on TASE, the company will continue trading in the main list.

2. The company meets the conditions set forth in the second part of TASE's rules, regarding its definition as an .R&D company. Accordingly, and in accordance with paragraph 2.c. to regulations pursuant to the fourth part of the rules, the company will be exempt from maintenance reviews for a period of 4 years.

Accordingly, the next review of the company's compliance with the maintenance rules will be taken according to data as of December 31, 2024.

1. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, and according to TASE rules and regulations, if the company gives notice during the aforesaid period that it has ceased engaging in the R&D sphere or that it has ceased engaging in the manufacture and marketing of the fruits of the R&D or that it has ceased acting as a technological incubator, it shall be governed by paragraph 8.a. of the Fourth Part of the Rules, from the date of the company's notice as aforesaid.
