The Company is honored to inform hereby that the planned date for the publication of its nancial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 (i.e., for the third quarter of 2025) (the nancial statements), is November 10, 2025, subject to the completion of the review by the Company's independent auditors and the approval of the nancial statements by the Company's Board of Directors, as required by law.

Should there be any change in the aforementioned date, the Company will inform accordingly in accordance with the law.
