To the best of the company's knowledge and as reported to the company by Mr. Nochman Benchaya, the aforementioned transfer is pursuant to the company's immediate report dated July 9, 2025 (Reference No.: 2025-01-050848), according to which Mr. Nochman Benchaya undertook to donate shares worth NIS 10 million to the "Asor Foundation – JayGive". On August 4, 2025, Nochman Benchaya informed the company that the transfer was completed.
