Grant of share award under the NEX Group plc 2016 Performance Share Plan (PSP)

On 20 November 2017, Steve Gibson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) was granted the following award shares under the PSP:

This award will normally vest on 23 May 2020 subject to the participant continuing to hold an office or employment within the NEX Group and the achievement of the following performance conditions measured over a three-year period to 31 March 2020:

1.         half the award will be subject to a Total Shareholder Return performance condition; and

2.         the remaining 50% of the award will be subject to a point-to-point EPS performance condition.
