Christos Angelides: Section 430 (2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement

As announced on 10 June 2014, Christos Angelides resigned as Group Product Director of Next plc ("the Company") with effect from that date. He remained an employee of Next until 15 September. The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:

The Company's Remuneration Report for the financial year ending January 2015 will include details of remuneration earned by Christos as an executive director during the relevant period.

Christos has not and will not receive any loss of office payments, nor will he be paid any further remuneration other than that accrued up to his date of leaving. All unvested awards made to Christos under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Share Matching Plan lapsed in full on 15 September 2014.
