Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Ivan Ritossa, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 1,203 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 July 2018 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan.  

The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £10.545 per share.

Following this transaction, Ivan Ritossa has an interest in 169,612 ordinary shares in the Company.
