Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 549 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 February 2018 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan.  

The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £6.3562 per share.

Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 233,223 ordinary shares in the Company.
