The Company has been notified that on 21 November 2017, Robert Standing, a non-executive director of NEX Group plc, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £5.845 per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Standing has a total interest in 15,714 NEX Group plc shares.
