On 3 August 2017, the Company was notified that on 2 August 2017 1,490 shares had been transferred to Samantha Wren, a PDMR, following the exercise of Sharesave Scheme options granted on 13 June 2014 over ordinary shares of 17.5p each in the Company at an exercise price of £3.02 per share.
