Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 3,862 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 July 2017 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan.  

The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £6.70879 per share.

Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 232,674 ordinary shares in the Company.
