Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, the Company has today been notified that Amanda James, an executive director of the Company, has acquired 857 Shares in the Company as part of the vesting of her 2013-2016 Share Matching Plan.

This share award is after settlement of income tax and employees national insurance contribution.
