Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, Next plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 10 May 2016, Lord Wolfson of Aspley Guise has acquired 3,048 of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the terms of his 2014-2016 Deferred Bonus Scheme.

This share award is after settlement of income tax and employees national insurance contribution.

The closing price of the shares on this date was £53.25.
