In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, Next plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 29 March 2016, certain directors ("Directors") acquired a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as part of a vesting of share awards under the March 2013-2016 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
