NEXT plc (the "Company") currently has 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each block listed under The NEXT plc 2010 Share Matching Plan (the "Plan").

All outstanding options under this Plan have now been exercised or have lapsed and the Plan has closed. As a result, the block listing associated with this Plan has been cancelled.

The Company has made no allotments under the Plan since the last block listing return was released on 26 January 2022.
