In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that John Barton,  non-executive Chairman of Next, holds a directorship in Luceco plc which became a publicly quoted company today, 17 October 2016. Mr Barton was appointed as a non-executive Director of Luceco plc prior to its listing on 27 September 2016.
