BioHep Technologies Ltd. Files Addendum to Information Circular

April 6, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia: BioHep Technologies Ltd. (“ BioHep ”) announces that further to its news release dated March 4, 2021 with respect to a proposed plan of arrangement with a newly incorporated subsidiary, BioHep has filed an addendum to its management information circular dated as of March 11, 2021, which provides additional disclosure that was inadvertently omitted from the section “Voting Securities and Principal Holders of Voting Securities” on page 23 of the information circular.
