Reference is made to the Public Announcement of Offer to acquire 298,759 ordinary shares and control of Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited (“Target Company”) made by Nishat Hotels and Properties Limited, D. G. Khan Cement Co. Limited, Nishat Mills Limited, Nishat Power Limited, Nishat Chunian Power Limited, Lalpir Power Limited, Pakgen Power Limited, Mrs. Naz Mansha, Mr. Raza Mansha, Mr. Umer Mansha and Mr. Hassan Mansha (herein collectively referred to as the “Acquirers”) and published in the newspapers on March 27, 2026 under the Securities Act, 2015 (the “Act”) and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017 (the “Regulations”).

In this regard, we would like to inform that the Acceptance Period will commence on May 14, 2026 and will end on May 20, 2026. In compliance with the requirement of Regulation 18(1) of the Regulations, an advertisement regarding the commencement of Acceptance Period has been published in Business Recorder and Nawa-e-Waqt today i.e. May 12, 2026; snapshots of the e-newspaper and the related links are enclosed for your record.

Limited, Nishat Mills Limited, Nishat Power Limited, Nishat Chunian Power Limited, Lalpir Power Limited, Pakgen Power Limited, Mrs. Naz Mansha, Mr. Raza Mansha, Mr. Umer Mansha and Mr. Hassan Mansha, (the “Acquirers”), published in Business Recorder and Nawa-e-Waqt on March 27, 2026.
