NEXT Biometrics Group ASA – Registration of share capital increase following the subsequent offering

Oslo, 14 July 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT" or the "Company") on 6 July 2020 regarding the final result of the subsequent offering of up to 10,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00, at a subscription price of NOK 2.00 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 75,944,489, divided into 75,944,489 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.

The new shares issued in the Subsequent Offering will be listed and tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange today.
