NEXT Biometrics Group ASA - Exercise of options
Reference is made to the annual general meeting held 15 June 2016 at which the general
meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT Biometrics" or the "Company") authorised the
board of directors to increase the share capital of the Company in connection with the
Company's share option program.
Pursuant to the Company's share option program, a total of 56,500 share options have been
exercised at an average strike price of NOK 36.73 per share. Consequently, the board of
directors has resolved to increase the share capital by issuance of 56,500 new shares in the
Company.
The new share capital in the Company will accordingly be NOK 16,382,480. The share capital
increase will be registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (NW:
Foretaksregisteret) as soon as practically possible.
After this option exercise, the total number of unconditional options outstanding is 1,052,311
and total number of conditional options is 300,000.
