NEXT Biometrics Group ASA - advisory board member Bert Nordberg exercise 20,000 options

Pursuant to the Company's share option program, Bert Nordberg former

CEO of SONY Ericsson and for the past 2.5 years a member of the NEXT

BIOMETRICS Advisory Board, is now exercising a total of 20,000 share

options at a strike price of NOK 25 per share. After the exercise, Bert

Nordberg will have in total 30,000 shares in NEXT Biometrics group ASA.

The above issue is referenced to the annual general meeting of NEXT

Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT Biometrics" or the "Company") held on 16

May 2014 which authorized the board of directors to increase the share

capital of the Company in connection with the Company's share option

program.
