Correction: NEXT Biometrics Group ASA - Allocation of shares to primary insider in the subsequent offering

Reference is made to the announcement made by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT" or the "Company") on 13 March 2019 regarding allocation of shares to board member Emine Lundkvist in the subsequent offering.

In the announcement, it was incorrectly stated that Emine Lundkvist subscribed for and was allocated 6.738 shares in the subsequent offering. The correct number of shares subscribed and allocated was 8.738, meaning that she following the issuance of the new shares holds 29.738 shares in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA.
