Private Placement - Allocation of shares to primary insiders

The following primary insiders in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("the Company") have been allocated shares in the Private Placement in the Company conducted 21 March 2018.

- Greenbrigde Investment Partners Limited acting on behalf of the L.P., represented on the Board of Directors by board member Emanuel Lang was allocated 714,286 shares at a subscription price of NOK 42 and holds 3,453,614 shares after the transaction, representing 18% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company.
