Eurostores AS, a company wholly owned by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA's ("NEXT")
CEO Tore Etholm-Idsøe, has exercised a total of 118,000 share options granted in
2004/2005 at a strike price of NOK 5.08 per share option.
Furthermore, Eurostores AS has extended its previously announced forward contract
with DNB Bank ASA published 27 January 2016 with 6 months. Pursuant to the
announced forward contract, Eurostores AS has extended the January 2016 contract at
a share price of NOK 107.08 and will buy the same 60,000 shares at NOK 108.85 on 28
February 2017.
Following issuance of the new shares acquired in connection with the exercise of share
options, Tore Etholm-Idsøe together with Eurostores AS will own a total of 528,458
shares in NEXT. In addition, Tore Etholm-Idsøe and Eurostores AS holds in total 278,000
share options each giving the right to receive one share. In total, Tore Etholm-Idsøe and
Eurostores AS control 806,458 shares and share options.
