NEXT Biometrics: Disclosure of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting
Oslo, 7 October 2025 - In connection with the Extraordinary general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA to be held on 8 October 2025, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hans Henrik Klouman, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 40,246,052 shares and votes, equal to 34.95% of the voting shares. The proxies are only valid for the Extraordinary general meeting. In addition, the Chairman controls 75,000 shares, representing 0.07% of the shares and votes. In total, the Chairman may vote for 40,321,052 shares, representing 35.01% of the shares and votes at the Extraordinary general meeting.
