Minutes from Annual General Meeting 2025
Oslo, 9 May 2025
The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA was held on 9 May 2025 at the premises of the company.
57,711,145 of a total of 115,154,535 shares and votes were represented, representing 50.1% of the share capital. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals. See attached minutes for further details. The minutes can also be found on nextbiometrics.com/investors/general-meetings/.
