Oslo, 21 April 2021 – The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA will be held on Wednesday 12 May 2021, at 10:00 CEST at Apotekergata 10B, 0180 OSLO, Norway.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all shareholders are urged to vote electronically prior to the meeting or issue a proxy to the chairman (or the person he appoints) and not attend physically.
