Oslo, 12 May 2021 – The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA was held on Wednesday 12 May 2021 at the premises of the company.
23,232,969 of a total of 90,764,386 shares and votes were represented, representing 25.60% of the share capital. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals, except matters 3, 7.2, 8 and 12.1. See attached minutes for details regarding changes.
