Oslo, 21 April 2020 – The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics, (Oslo Bors: NEXT), a global leader in fingerprint sensor technology, will be held on Tuesday 12 May 2020, at CET 10:00 at SANDS, Cort Adelers gate 33, 0254 Oslo, Norway.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all shareholders are urged to vote electronically prior to the meeting or issue a proxy to the chairman (or the person he appoints) and not attend physically.

The deadline for prior voting is 11 May 2020 at CET 10:00.
