The Annual General Meeting in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA was held on May 15, 2018 at the premises of Advokatfirmaet Steenstrup Stordrange (SANDS), Cort Adelers gate 33, 0254 Oslo, Norway.
5,800,399 of a total of 19,239,622 shares and votes were represented, or approximately 30.15 % of the share capital. The list was approved by the general meeting. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the Board of Directors and Nomination Committee (see attached minutes).
