Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 1 February 2016

An extraordinary general meeting in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT" or the

"Company") will be held on 1 February 2016. The general meeting will consider the

proposal from the Company's nomination committee of election of a new board of

directors of the Company. The nomination committee's proposal is based on the fact the

board of directors currently consists of eight members, a number which the nomination

committee considers to be unserviceable high.

The notice of the extraordinary general meeting setting out further background on the

proposal for a new board of directors, including the full proposal from the nomination

committee, is attached to this announcement, and will be sent by regular mail to

shareholders.
