Correction - Notice of Annual General Meeting 22 June 2015

The shareholders of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("the Company") are hereby

summoned to the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders on Monday 22 June,

2015 at 15:00 at Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, Haakon VIIs gate 10, 0161 Oslo,

Norway.

The following items are to be addressed:

1. Election of a person to chair the meeting

2. Approval of the notice and the agenda

3. Election of a person to co-sign the minutes

4. Approval of the Annual Accounts and the Annual Report for the financial year

5. Election of Board members

6. Approval of the Auditors remuneration

7. Remuneration to the Members of the Board of Directors

8. Election of members to the Nomination Committee

9. Consideration of the Board of Directors statement regarding the determination of

salaries and other remuneration to the management

10. Statement on Corporate governance pursuant to section 3-3B of the Norwegian

Accounting Act
