The Annual General Meeting in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA was held on June 22,

4,871,481 of a total of 11,317,665 shares and votes were represented, or

approximately 43.0% of the share capital. The list was approved by the general

meeting.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the Board of

Directors and Nomination Committee (see attached minutes).
