Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 180,469 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.

The application is in respect of:

110,083 Ordinary Shares expected to be issued as consideration for the acquisition by a subsidiary of the Company of certain growth shares from management in connection with the BYND LLC and BYND Limited (together the Beyond Group)        'growth share' management equity incentive plan noted in the Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2018; and

70,386 Ordinary Shares expected to be issued as consideration for the acquisition by a subsidiary of the Company of certain growth shares from management in connection with The OutCast Agency LLC 2012 Equity Incentive Plan noted in the        Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2018;

The new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 28 June 2018.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 78,544,977 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
