Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ('Next 15' or the 'Company') announces that, as at 30 April 2015, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 65,394,143 ordinary shares of 2.5p each (“Ordinary Shares”). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 65,394,143 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next 15 under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
