Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has today been notified of the following transaction by a Next 15 director in the Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”):

Mr Richard Eyre CBE, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 6,250 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 240p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Eyre is interested in a total of 183,921 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.27% of the Company’s issued share capital.
