Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has today been notified of the following transaction by a Next 15 director in the Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”):

Mr Richard Eyre, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 17,304 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 115p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Eyre is interested in a total of 139,381 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the Company’s issued share capital.
